Gregory Novak was born in Chicago but grew up in Phoenix. He graduated in 1969 from Brophy College Preparatory. He earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from Arizona State University in 1973. After teaching at Jesuit High School in Sacramento, California, from 1973-1976, he earned his Juris Doctor degree from Arizona State University College of Law in 1979 and was admitted to practice that same year. After three years of practice as a Legal Aid attorney with Community Legal Services from 1979 to 1982, he joined Jan Kleinman and Frank Lesselyong in the practice and for the past thirty years has been practicing exclusively in the area of personal injury and wrongful death litigation with his partners.
Mr. Novak has been given an "AV" rating by the Martindale-Hubbell organization. This is the highest rating that can be conferred upon an individual attorney or law firm. The "AV" designation shows that a lawyer has reached the height of professional excellence, skill, and integrity. Additionally, he is certified by the Arizona State Bar as a specialist in Personal Injury and Wrongful Death Litigation since 1993. Mr Novak resides in Phoenix, Arizona with his wife of over 30 years.
